free service of the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) (Click here for a description the Client Gateway) A few details are needed to set up the Automatic Home Finder/Client Gateway system that will send you emails with current listings that meet your criteria, and, automatically send you updates as new listings come on the market. Basic information is required in the section "Personal information" like your name, email address, and phone number to get the Client Gateway going. You do not need to fill in all of the blocks in the section "Describe the home you are looking for", just the ones that best describe the home you are looking for. YOU MUST ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE! MAKE YOUR REQUESTS SPECIFIC REGARDING NUMBER OF BEDROOMS, BATHS, ETC.. THIS PROGRAM CAN ONLY REPLY WITH 50 OR LESS HOMES. |
